1. Order Processing Time (Made to Order)
All NALOWA garments are made to order.
Processing time is:
⏱ 3–14 working days (Monday–Friday)
Processing begins once your payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods, processing time may extend slightly. If so, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping begins after the processing period.
📍 Local Shipping (Within Nigeria)
2–5 working days
via GIG, DHL OR GUO Logistics.
🌍 International Shipping
3–14 working days
Depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal operations. We primarily use DHL express via our trusted logistics partners.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International shipping fees vary by region and weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the courier’s system.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

NALOWA is not liable for:
